Hany O. Soliman's work experience begins in 2005, where they held the position of Sales and Marketing Executive at both Xerox and Alghanim Industries. In 2008, they transitioned to CIB Egypt, serving as a Senior Wealth Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2017, Hany O. Soliman took on the role of Head of Business Development - Business Banking at CIB Egypt. Hany then became the Digital Innovation Lab Manager at CIB Egypt until 2019, when they assumed the position of Head of Innovation & Digital Strategic Alliance.

In 2016, Hany O. Soliman co-founded The Grocery Shop, and in the same year, they also worked as a Business Instructor at the Egyptian Banking Institute.
