Elan Radbil

Elan Radbil, PMP, currently serves as the RevOps Leader at Paytient since June 2023. Prior to this role, Elan was the Senior Director of Revenue Operations at Hatch from January 2022 to May 2023, and a Business Enablement Engineer at Trilliant Health from January 2020 to December 2021. At Trilliant Health, Elan implemented standardizations that improved data quality and integrated multiple platforms to enhance sales infrastructure. Elan's expertise in Salesforce has contributed to significant revenue generation and operational efficiency through analytics and process improvements. Elan's earlier experience includes roles as Information Systems and Analytics Director for Sigma Phi Epsilon and as a Brand Ambassador for Packback. Elan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Pre Medicine from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Executive Development Certificate from the University of Richmond.
