Hayden Malan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2013, they started as an Event Coordinator Intern at the Whatcom Humane Society, where they organized and coordinated events. The following year, from 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Event Coordinator at the Proper Planning Team, building and maintaining partner relationships and enhancing client exposure. In 2018, they joined Ray's Boathouse, Cafe & Catering as an Event Manager, Sales, and Operations, where they achieved significant revenue goals and booked numerous high-profile events.

Starting in 2020, Hayden Malan transitioned to Teladoc Health, initially serving as an Associate Program Manager. In this role, they implemented and managed partnerships, optimized the implementation process, and acted as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders. They later became a Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring the success of clients.
