Hemant Agrawal

Hemant Agrawal is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on software development and system architecture. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Paytm Money since April 2023, Hemant has contributed to the design of an end-to-end Equity Open API system and advanced trading solutions. Prior to this role, Hemant held the position of Senior Technical Lead at Paytm, where responsibilities included developing an open API project for algo traders and a publish-subscribe broadcast API capable of handling millions of requests daily on AWS cloud. Hemant's earlier experience includes significant roles at Sophos as a Senior Software Engineer, where a next-gen reporting solution for firewalls was developed, and at Cyberoam Technologies and Elitecore Technologies, focusing on reporting modules and data restoration tools. Hemant holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in JAVA from Gujarat University and completed 12th grade in commerce at Shreeji Vidhayalaya.
