Ashish Banga

Ashish Banga has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ashish started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at HCL Technologies in 2005. Ashish then joined Accenture in 2006, where they held various roles, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Learning & Development, and Associate Vice President of Human Resources. In 2019, they joined Paytm as an Associate Vice President of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2022, they became an Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council.

Ashish Banga holds a PGCHCM degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Career Institute of Technology & Management, Faridabad. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in "The Leader's Guide to Mindfulness (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
