Ashutosh Rathor

Ashutosh Rathor is a Senior Technical Lead at Paytm Payments Bank since March 2021, where leadership includes overseeing the Paytm UTH Passbook team, creating a framework for Apache Flink Pipeline development and testing, and designing a caching system to support over 1K transactions per second. Previously, Ashutosh served as a Technical Lead at Paytm from July 2016 to February 2021, driving enhancements in the Paytm Promotion Team and launching four promotion tools while also automating transaction reconciliation processes. Early in the career, Ashutosh held various software engineering roles, contributing to the Merchant Onboarding system and the migration of payment gateways. Ashutosh completed a dual degree in Information Technology (B.Tech + M.Tech) from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management from July 2011 to June 2016.
