Divyani Patre

Divyani Patre is currently a Growth Manager at Paytm since July 2023. Previously, Divyani served as Treasurer for the Forum for Industrial Relations at XLRI from July 2022 to March 2023 and completed a summer internship at AB InBev in April 2022. Divyani gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst at Amazon from January 2021 to June 2021 and held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Factspan Inc. from November 2017 to January 2021. At Factspan, Divyani contributed significantly to customer retention and engagement efforts, and successfully increased yearly revenue by $540,000 through insightful user adoption analysis. Divyani holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
