Niket Vora

Niket Vora is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Associate Vice President - Product at Paytm since April 2021, Niket leads a 2-tiered team focusing on product development. Previous roles include General Manager and DGM, where responsibilities encompassed managing products for merchants in various verticals such as financial services and marketing. Prior to Paytm, Niket held the position of Associate Director at upGrad, focusing on data science and university degree programs. At OYO Rooms, Niket was instrumental in growing operations from new city launches to central program management for international markets, and also led customer experience strategy across regions including the US, UK, and South Asia. Early career highlights include strategic roles at JustRide.in, Mondelēz International, and engineering positions at Gem Engserv and Quant Capital. Niket holds both a B.Tech and M.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
