Associate Vice President - Lending at Paytm

Vandana Asrani has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Vandana currently holds the position of Senior Associate Vice President at Paytm, where they manage the acquisition of personal loans through the Paytm app. Vandana'sresponsibilities include overseeing funnel management, formulating strategies, and driving revenue for the lending vertical.

Prior to Paytm, Vandana worked at Bajaj Finserv in various roles. Vandana served as the Head of Product & Capabilities, BIU, Activation & Retention for Investments, where they managed capabilities, risk portfolios, campaigns, data management, analytics, and revenue generation. Vandana also held the role of National Head for the B2B vertical, focusing on pre-approved consumer finance and franchise contributions.

Before joining Bajaj Finserv, Vandana worked at Citibank India as a Marketing Manager in Acquisition Marketing and Merchandising. Vandana also served as an Assistant Manager in Sales & Distribution during their time at Citibank.
