Vikrant Bangia serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Lending at Paytm since September 2019, where responsibilities have included senior leadership roles as Senior Vice President and Vice President in the lending division. Prior to joining Paytm, Vikrant held the position of Business Head at Bajaj Finance Ltd from September 2014 to September 2019. Additional experience includes senior operational roles at Netambit Insurance Broking Ltd and Serco Global Services, as well as managerial positions at Netambit ValueFirst Services Ltd, Barclays Bank PLC, Citibank NA, Coca Cola India, and a technical role as Senior Software Engineer at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Vikrant Bangia completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Marketing and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from HBTI Kanpur.
