Vivek Vishnoi

Vivek Vishnoi has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Vivek is currently working as the Associate Vice President of Finance at Paytm since 2023. Prior to this, Vivek held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at ASR Group of companies from 2007 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for various departments such as fund management, administration, liaison, planning, legal, accounting, and finance. Additionally, they oversaw taxation, corporate laws, project financing, and strategic consultation. Before joining ASR Group of companies, Vivek served as the Chief Financial Officer at HANS ISPAT LIMITED from 2005 to 2007 and as the General Manager of Finance and Accounting at Kaya Group of Industries from 2001 to 2005. At HANS ISPAT LIMITED, they implemented process improvement systems, managed finances, and established accounting policies. At Kaya Group of Industries, Vivek headed the procurement of funds and led the acquisition of an Edible Oil Manufacturing undertaking.

Vivek Vishnoi completed their B.Com. degree in Commerce from P.P.N. Degree College, Kanpur in 1999. Following that, they pursued a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in Legal, Finance, Accounts & Administration, and finished in 2004. Vivek also holds additional certifications, including "Financial Forecasting with Analytics Essential Training" from LinkedIn (expected to obtain in 2023) and the FCA designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
