Tarık Tombul

Tarık Tombul serves as the CEO and Board Member at PAYTR since October 2018, while also holding entrepreneurial and investment roles since April 2011. Tarık has been a Board Member of Türkiye Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşları Birliği and a member of the congress at Fenerbahçe SK since September 2020. Prior experiences include serving as Co-Founder and Deputy General Manager at PayU, where responsibilities encompassed risk management, operations, finance, and compliance from November 2011 until October 2018. Tarık's background in fraud management includes leadership positions at Garanti Bank and Garanti Payment Systems, developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies and monitoring systems. Educational qualifications include attendance at the University of Celal Bayar and the University of 19 May, as well as completion of high school at Ankara Mimar Sinan High School.
