THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

A self-directed, confident person who can work without a great deal of structure or supervision. Implementation Technology Consultants are detail-oriented, technically minded with great communication and project management skills.

In this role, you are an important first connection with our clients. You are responsible for guiding new clients from the moment they sign, all the way through launching on our platform. You will drive client facing projects, support teammates, and consult with groups across Paytronix in a highly collaborative team environment.

THE KIND OF STUFF YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Leading client deployments, including the management of project schedules and regular client status calls
  • Learning and employing baseline expertise of a range of Paytronix technologies to configure software for clients based on clients’ program designs
  • Translating client marketing requirements into rule-based technical solutions
  • Mitigating risk to implementations projects and working to proactively communicate said risks
  • Managing Salesforce data related to your launch projects, including expected Launch Dates
  • Working together in a team environment both internally and externally with client and partner teams
  • Building rapport and relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
  • Communicating effectively and professionally in person, over the phone and through email
  • Occasionally working with the Paytronix engineering team on feature requirements, voice of the customer and testing
  • Traveling less than 5% out of the Boston-based office. Traveling less than 10% out of the Denver-based office

THE KIND OF EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities
  • 1-3 years of technical client-facing experience
  • Technically minded and detail-oriented background with a passion for problem solving
  • BS or BA degree and/or relevant work experience within the computer and/or IT industry
  • Well-honed verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, IT networking experience

THE KIND OF EXTRA STUFF THAT WOULD BE NICE:

  • Experience in the restaurant industry and/or with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of software development and testing
  • Account management experience with customers
  • Strong experience with Financial Force, SmartSheet or MS Project applications

$75k-$95k base salary.
