Andrea (Mulligan) Carlson

Andrea Mulligan Carlson serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Head of Customer Success at Paytronix Systems since December 2019, focusing on customer onboarding and value creation. Prior to this role, Andrea was the Vice President of Customer Success at Pica9, Inc., responsible for building the Customer Success function. Andrea's career includes founding Sophity LLC, serving as Senior Director of Services at Veracode, and holding several leadership positions at Compuware, Gomez, CMP Media, edocs/Siebel Systems, Marken, and Art Technology Group. Andrea holds an MBA from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Fitchburg State University.
