Koushik Kadidal

Koushik Kadidal currently serves as the Chief Data Officer and Head of Insights Business at PayU since January 2024. Prior to this, Koushik was the Head of Growth at LazyPay from October 2021 to February 2024. Koushik's extensive experience includes roles at Citi, where Koushik held the position of Head of Offshore Analytics for the Treasury & Trade and Commercial Banking teams, as well as the Global Operations team, from October 2014 to November 2021. Koushik's significant tenure at Capital One spanned from 2000 to 2014, including roles as Business Director for both the Rewards & Loyalty program and Commercial Bank Client Management Strategy, along with positions in Risk Operations and Digital Marketing. Koushik holds a GMP from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Old Dominion University, a BS from the University of Agricultural Sciences in Bangalore, and a high school diploma from Baldwin Boys High School in Bangalore.
