Rashmi Soni

Rashmi Soni has over 30 years of work experience in the field of communications. Rashmi is currently serving as the Chief Brand and Communications Officer at PayU since 2024. Prior to that, they held various senior leadership positions in renowned organizations such as VISTARA - TATA SIA Airlines Limited, Tata Teleservices Ltd, Ericsson, Adobe Systems, TeleTech Services India, Aricent, and Hughes Software Systems Limited. Throughout their career, Rashmi has been responsible for formulating and executing communication strategies, leading employee communications, managing public relations, and developing corporate social responsibility initiatives. Rashmi has also been involved in establishing and managing communication departments, building teams, and implementing innovative communication campaigns. Rashmi's expertise lies in driving holistic mindshare for brands and ensuring effective communication to achieve organizational goals.

Rashmi Soni, SCPM®, has a diverse education history. In 2008-2009, they pursued a degree in Project Management from Stanford University. Later in 2011, they attended the Indian School of Business and completed a Leadership Excellence Program focused on Leadership/Management. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDPM degree in HR Management from the National Institute of Personnel Management, Kolkata, between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on English Literature/Social Science from Delhi University. Rashmi Soni also holds the certification of Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) from Stanford University.
