Ritika Arora

Ritika Arora has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles, currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at PayU since February 2019. Prior to this, Ritika held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Xander Advisors India Pvt Ltd from September 2009 to February 2019 and also served as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director during the same period. Ritika's responsibilities have included coordinating meetings and events, managing calendars, preparing correspondence and documents, and liaising with both internal departments and external vendors. Earlier in the career, Ritika completed an internship at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Rooms Intern. Ritika holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Airline Management from the Institute of Tourism & Future Management Trends.
