Jennifer Johnston, MBA, CPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Payworks Payroll Services Canada since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Wawanesa Insurance from August 2017 to June 2022, where Jennifer advanced from Manager of Talent Management to Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development. Jennifer also worked at Monsanto Company as a Talent Management Specialist from February 2014 to July 2017, focusing on organizational capabilities and talent pipelines. Additional experience was gained as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lifetouch, contributing strategic and operational HR support. Jennifer holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management and Executive Leadership from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University.
