Delphine Descamps

Delphine Descamps is an experienced Area Sales Manager for EMEA at PB Leiner since November 2020, specializing in key account management and business development for creative food solutions, including collagen applications across various sectors. Previously, Delphine served as Sales Manager for the Industry Belux division at Vandemoortele, overseeing a budget of €18 million and managing large accounts alongside a key account manager and sales support team. Prior experience includes roles at Barry Callebaut, focusing on R&D project management, product development engineering, and the implementation of new processes in international contexts. Delphine holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering Chemistry from Ghent University and has pursued additional education at esteemed institutions including Vlerick Business School and the University of Valencia.
