Pablo Cerminato is an experienced professional in industrial operations management with a robust background in plant and factory leadership. Currently serving as Plant Director at PB Leiner since October 2018, Pablo previously held various leadership roles at Nestlé Purina in Colombia and Argentina, including Factory Manager and End to End Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing factory operations and managing capital investment projects. Pablo’s career began at Cargill as a Production Supervisor, followed by significant roles in quality management and productivity improvement at Nestlé Purina. With a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and an MBA from Universidad Austral, Pablo possesses a comprehensive skill set in project management, team leadership, and operational excellence aligned with industry standards.
