Emilie Runac

Emilie Runac is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management within the food industry. Currently serving as Plant Director at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling since October 2025, Emilie previously held multiple leadership roles at Nature's Fynd from September 2020 to October 2025, including Vice President Operations and Senior Director of Manufacturing. Prior experience at Bel from March 2005 to September 2020 involved managing a union plant with over 180 employees and directing research and innovation across multiple facilities in North America. Emilie's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Food Science from ENSIA, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
