Carlos Ham Casares

Carlos Ham Casares has extensive experience in the refining and emergency response sectors, currently serving as the MRC Martinez Refining Company Site Contractor Coordinator at PBF Energy since February 2020. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at Shell from October 1990 to February 2020, where responsibilities included Site Contractor Coordinator and Refinery Safety Team Leader, alongside various emergency response positions such as Battalion Chief and Rescue Lead Technician. Previous roles at Shell Martinez Refinery between August 2017 and October 2019 involved Emergency Response Equipment Coordinator and related safety and training positions. Carlos completed high school at Lynwood High School and furthered education at UCLA from 1984 to 1987.
