Lauren Uffelman

Lauren Uffelman is an experienced environmental and process engineer with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Environmental Engineer at Shell since July 2023, Lauren previously held multiple positions at PBF Energy, including Process Engineering Manager and Project Development Section Supervisor since July 2020. Prior roles at PBF Energy encompassed responsibilities as a Refinery Coordinator and FCC/Alky Process Engineer. Lauren's career also includes experience at ExxonMobil as a Crudes Process Contact Engineer and Project Development Engineer, along with an internship at Colgate Palmolive as a Project Engineer. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, earned in 2013.
