Shawn Oneill

Shawn ONeill is an experienced professional in maintenance and project planning, currently serving as Sr Maintenance, Project & Turnaround Planner at PBF Energy since May 2023. Previously, ONeill held similar roles at Johnson & Johnson and Merck, showcasing a strong background in maintenance and shutdown planning. ONeill began a career in the energy and manufacturing sectors with positions at AdvanSix and Philadelphia Energy Solutions, progressing from Maintenance Planner to Sr Millwright and Refinery Mechanic. Earlier experience includes valuable roles at Sunoco Refining & Marketing and a solid foundation in machining from DuHadaway Tool and Die Shop and Chalmers and Kubeck, complemented by a completed Apprenticeship Program at H&H Design & Manufacturing. ONeill is a certified industrial millwright as per the national craft assessment and certification program. Education was received at Delaware County Community College.
