Alan has more than 22 years of experience in programming, master planning, architectural design, and construction management, working on a variety of project types at all scales. His primary objective is to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with the owner’s program of requirements, budget, and schedule. Having a background in historic preservation and adaptive reuse, Alan has a deep respect for the history and heritage that a building can represent for a community and/or institution of higher education, no matter what the age of the building is.
