Mark Leece

Mark Leece began their work experience in 1995 as an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at SAES Getters. Mark then moved on to URS Corporation in 1998, where they worked as a Project Manager. In 2000, Leece joined CH2M HILL and held various positions including Program Manager, Business Development Market Lead, Operations Manager, and Project Manager. Leece's most recent role was at PBS Engineering and Environmental, where they started in 2013 as the Principal Engineer and later became the Chief Operating Officer in 2021. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing, administrating, and growing the firm's Engineering Group.

Mark Leece attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering.
