Susan Garland

Susan Garland is an Environmental Problem Solver and Senior Project Manager at PBS Engineering and Environmental, currently managing the environmental investigation and compliance components of a rebuild project. Susan has previously worked as an Environmental Scientist and Project Manager at AECOM, Environmental Technician at the City of Portland, and as an Americorps Member at The Nature Conservancy. Susan has a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Pomona College.
