Colleen Callahan

Colleen Callahan has a diverse work experience. Colleen began their career as an Office Administrator at SWK Filtration in 1988 and worked there until 1992. Colleen then worked as a Retail Broker Assistant at NAI Hiffman from 1992 to 1996. In 1996, they joined SXC (formerly ComCoTec) where they held the position of Manager, Tech Support and QA Departments. Colleen worked there until 2000 and during their time, they established the Quality Assurance Department. From 2000 to 2016, they worked at Dubuque Data Services, starting as Controller and VP Operations and eventually becoming President. Colleen facilitated a rebranding initiative and implemented new corporate values. Currently, they are working at PBS Systems Inc. as the General Manager where they successfully managed the transition from DDS to PBS after acquisition. Colleen also serves as the Director of US Support Operations.

Colleen Callahan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Robert Morris University - Illinois, which they completed from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, in 1986, they briefly attended Clarke University with a focus on Art. In 1985, Colleen had also briefly studied Interior Design at the International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago.
