Niles Mattier

Niles Mattier is a Full-Time Instructor at Bridgewater State University, specializing in secondary education and literacy courses. Niles has extensive experience in curriculum development as a Curriculum Writer for PBS, focusing on K-12 History education. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor at Bank Street College of Education, Educator at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and High School Equivalency Instructor at Brooklyn Public Library. Niles has contributed to teacher training as Associate Manager of Teacher Services at Brooklyn Museum and as a Teaching Artist at Brooklyn Children's Museum. Niles began a Doctor of Education at Northeastern University in 2023, following a Master of Education from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University.
