Nick Pournader

As CEO, Nick leads P&C’s global consultancy of more than 850 professionals. He also chairs the firm’s Executive Committee and Client Advisory Board, and is a member of the Global Operating Committee, Diversity and Inclusion Council, and Strategy & Innovation Council. With over 20 years of experience in the private sector, Nick is recognized as an expert in business strategy and innovation, organizational development, and digital reinvention. He has deep experience in the high-tech, financial services, luxury retail, commercial real estate, travel and hospitality, and professional services industries.

Nick’s career started with Global 500 enterprise software and technology services companies, including FIS Global (Fidelity Information Services) and Oracle, where he envisioned, launched, and built their cloud enterprise software businesses while setting the record of becoming the youngest vice president and senior vice president at ages 25 and 28, respectively.

In his advisory work, Nick has helped CEOs and other top executives assess organizational health and lead initiatives to improve results. He also brings significant experience in strategic human resource management, helping organizations understand how to create world-class talent systems and winning organizational dynamics.
