Pranesh Pankaj (CDCP)

Pranesh Pankaj is an experienced professional in the field of IT and service management, currently serving as the Manager of Service Sales at PC Solutions since July 2023, focusing on quality service delivery and customer satisfaction through technical expertise. Previously, Pranesh held the position of General Manager at ITSoft Communications from May 2013 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing PAN India installations of CISCO equipment and developing virtualization solutions. Prior to that, Pranesh was a Senior Manager at HCL Technologies from April 2005 to May 2013, managing multiple data centers and facilitating business operations in alignment with customer needs. Pranesh's career began as a System Administrator at Tulip IT Services Ltd from December 2003 to April 2005, managing IT infrastructure for a regional office. Pranesh holds an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and an Intermediate degree in Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
