Carl Morris

Carl Morris has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Carl has most recently worked at pCare as an IT Operation Manager, where their responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing company hardware, cloud, and network environments, implementing technical controls based on company policies, assessing infrastructure performance, and resolving escalated issues from internal and external customers. Prior to this, they worked at NTT DATA Services in various roles, including Information Technology Operations Supervisor, Information Technology Project Analyst, Senior Information Technology Technician, and Information Technology Technical Analyst. In these roles, Carl gained experience in leading and directing IT field services teams, managing a diverse device environment, resolving technical issues, implementing and maintaining business support systems, and coordinating with client representatives to deliver and improve customer service.

Carl Morris attended Florida Gulf Coast University from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Computer and Information Systems. Carl did not obtain a specific degree during that time. In June 2021, Carl obtained a certification in CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA.
