Leonardo Nakamura

Leonardo Nakamura is a Foundry Process Engineer at PCC Structurals, Inc., where responsibilities include roles as Shellroom Process Engineer, Wax Process Engineer, and Process Engineer since March 2021. Prior to this, Leonardo conducted research on investment casting molds during a senior project at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, identifying faults in processing methods and recommending improvements. Earlier experience includes an Engineering Internship at ALL Power Labs, focusing on designing safety systems and enhancing gasifier operation and performance. Leonardo earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and holds a High School Diploma from Oakland Technical High School.
