Carlos Franco

Carlos Franco has extensive experience in the paving and asphalt industry, currently holding a position in the Paving Division at PCC since January 2023. In addition, Carlos is the Owner of Dynamic Asphalt Services, LLC, a role undertaken since June 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Field Superintendent at Beynon Sports Surfaces from March 2004 to February 2021, where substantial expertise in sports surface installation and management was developed.
