Mbayang BA currently serves as Responsable de Comptes Client at PCCI GROUP, focusing on front office account management and performance indicator monitoring since June 2023. Previously, Mbayang held the position of Responsable de Programme at Ploutos Center, managing the externalization project for Sonatel's Digital platform from March to June 2022. Mbayang worked at GROUPE SONATEL as Partner Quality Officer from August 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included ensuring quality indicators and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Groupe Way2call, overseeing operations and team performance, and serving as a Commercial Advisor at PCCI GROUP. Mbayang's career began with a trainee position in the IT & Purchasing Department at Suneor. Mbayang holds a Licence in networks and telecommunications from Institut Supérieur d'Informatique, completed in 2012.
