Thomas Roderick, PhD, is the Founder and Chief Technology/AI Officer at Flamelit, where they lead initiatives in technology and artificial intelligence. They previously served as Senior Director of Data and Applied Science at PCCI and Lead Data Scientist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. With a strong background in economics and data science, Thomas has also engaged in independent consulting and held research positions at notable institutions. They currently hold the position of Affiliate Faculty at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business and serve on the board of the Fearless Institute. Thomas is pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Texas at Austin.
