Dalia Naboulsi

Dalia Naboulsi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Operations for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at PCCW Global Limited since September 2010, Dalia has received notable accolades, including the "Signature Deal" award in 2021 and the "Star Achiever" award in 2023. Prior roles include Sales Development Manager and Regional Pricing Manager at PCCW, where Dalia was instrumental in enhancing customer relationships and service offerings. Dalia's earlier experience includes project management roles at BT Global Services and Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, as well as technical consulting at Middle East Airlines. Dalia holds a BS in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Grand Lycée Franco Libanais.
