Terence Lim is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors and regions. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at PCCW Global Limited, Terence manages a global HR team of 14, supporting a rapidly growing workforce of 1,200 across APAC, UK, Europe, US, Middle East, and Africa. Terence's career began with positions in recruitment consulting at Adia and TRS International Group, followed by a human resources managerial role at Thales Digital Security and Identity, contributing to the merger between Axalto and Gemplus International.
