Frances Waikwun Wong

Ms Wong was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director of PCCW effective from March 2012 and is the Chairwoman of the Regulatory Compliance Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Board. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of HKT Limited (HKT) and HKT Management Limited, the trustee-manager of the HKT Trust, and the Chairwoman of HKT’s Remuneration Committee, and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited.
