Paulette M Carter is the CEO and Executive Creative Director of PCD Group, a role held since January 1996, where expertise lies in delivering exceptional digital experiences for financial service companies, fostering customer engagement and brand loyalty. Under Paulette's leadership, PCD Group has cultivated strong relationships with top global brands through award-winning, user-centered design and technical innovation. Prior to this, Paulette served as the CEO of PCD Group while acting as a digital partner to Citi from 1995 to 2016. Paulette holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from the University of Illinois Chicago.
