David J. Jasmund

David J. Jasmund is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience since 1997 as Managing Director and Shareholder at PCE, where involvement spans buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, ESOPs, recapitalizations, and general corporate advisory. Prior to PCE, David J. Jasmund served as President/Owner at Executive Risk Consultants and PCA P&C Insurance from 1986 to 1996, and as Senior Vice-President at HCA Benefit Administrators from 1980 to 1986. David J. Jasmund holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Economics from the University of Florida, attained between 1975 and 1979.
