Jason Wallace

Jason Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jason is currently the Head of Operational Excellence at PCF Bank since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Kant Consulting Limited from January 2020 to August 2021. Jason also served as the Commercial Director at Go Car Credit Limited from September 2017 to June 2019, where they were responsible for improving company performance through process re-engineering. Before that, they were the Operations Strategy Director at The Car Finance Company (2007) Limited from October 2015 to September 2017. Jason has also held various roles at Cabot Financial and American Express, where they gained extensive experience in collections and re-engineering. Jason started their career at Schlumberger in 1992, where they held positions ranging from Trainee Engineer to Field Service Manager and European Training and Development Manager.

Jason Wallace obtained a BEng(Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 1988 to 1991. Jason later pursued further education at the London Business School, earning an MBA degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2001 to 2003.
