Stephen Boettcher

Stephen Boettcher is an experienced professional in software engineering and front-end development, currently serving as the Lead Front-End Developer/Engineer at Publishers Clearing House since October 2013. In this role, Stephen spearheaded the development of a configurable system for reusable user experiences and engineered web components to enhance user engagement. Previously, Stephen held various positions at Computer Associates, Inc., including Director of Software Engineering, where responsibilities included managing international development teams and architecting user-driven solutions. Stephen’s career began in technical support roles, progressing to senior software development and management positions over the years. Stephen holds a BA in Computer Science from Iona University.
