Focused on the success of our customers (while balancing the needs of PCH and our ecosystem), the customer success and global solutions team works across PCH, architecting world-class global supply chain solutions that drives financial, operational and satisfaction innovations. As the leader of this organization, Rob brings 25 years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions in customer operations, international supply chain, operations and logistics. He has a BA in economics and philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
