Anthony M. Shiffer is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at PCH Hotels & Resorts since December 2018, Anthony has previously held significant positions, including Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Leader at McKendree Village and Director of Dining Services at Brookdale. With a strong foundation in food and beverage management developed during tenures at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and Sandcastle Resorts & Hotels, Anthony also has substantial experience from multiple roles at Marriott International, including Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef. Anthony’s career began in the late 1990s and has been marked by a commitment to excellence and innovation in culinary arts. Education was completed at Deering High School from 1988 to 1991.
