Rick Shuford

Rick Shuford is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since August 2008, Rick has served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Wind Creek Hospitality, previously holding the position of Human Resources Director within the same organization. Prior to this, Rick worked as an HR Business Partner/Generalist at HANIL E-HWA ALABAMA from 2006 to 2008, and as District Manager at Montgomery Advertiser from 2004 to 2006. Additional roles include Administrator at Good Samaritan Service Center (2003-2004) and The Salvation Army (1999-2003), as well as Director of Self-Sufficiency & Resident Assistance at St. Louis Housing Authority (1995-1999). Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Southeast Missouri State University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
