Stefan Leach has a diverse work experience in the field of customer support and engineering. Stefan is currently working as a Support Engineer at PCI Pal since November 2021. Prior to this, Stefan worked at M247 from November 2019 to May 2021, where they held the roles of Voice Engineer Line 2 and Line 3. Before that, they worked at Gamma Communications PLC from October 2017 to November 2019, starting as a Customer Support Technician and later becoming a Customer Support Specialist. Stefan'sresponsibilities at Gamma included being a point of reference and escalation for the team, answering queries, and providing guidance. Prior to their time at Gamma, Stefan worked at Fourteen IP Communications Ltd from August 2014 to November 2017 as a Support Technician. In this role, they gained experience in international field work and office work, provided training to customers, and developed knowledge in networking equipment and VoIP technologies.
Stefan Leach completed their Level 3 BTEC in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms from Arch Apprenticeships from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended St John Rigby College from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Information Technology and Modern History.
