Director Of Customer Services at PCI Pharma Services

Giles Crompton has extensive work experience in customer services and project management. Giles started their career at GlaxoSmithKline as a Production Team Manager, responsible for managing a solid dose manufacturing team. Giles then moved into the role of New Product Introduction Project Manager, where they oversaw the technology transfer of products from research and development sites to commercial scale production.

In 2010, Crompton joined Brecon Pharmaceuticals as a Commercial Project Manager, and in 2012, they joined PCI Pharma Services as a Principal Project Manager. During their time at PCI, they held various roles including Head of Customer Services, Associate Director - Customer Services, and Customer Service Manager, overseeing commercial accounts and managing a team of 25 people.

Crompton's most recent role at PCI was Director of Customer Services, where they were responsible for all customer service operations. Giles was also a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Throughout their career, Crompton demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams and implementing improvement initiatives.

Giles Crompton pursued their education with dedication, focusing on acquiring knowledge in various fields. In 1988, they began their academic journey at De Montfort University, where they dedicated three years to pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. After successfully completing their undergraduate studies in 1991, Giles decided to enhance their expertise by enrolling at the University of Bedfordshire. From 1993 to 1995, they pursued a postgraduate diploma in management studies, further expanding their skills and knowledge in this field. Through their educational endeavors, Giles demonstrated their commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
