Laura Collins

Laura Collins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laura began their career at 3M, where they started as a Warehouse Operator and worked their way up to become a Warehouse Team Lead. Laura then took on the role of Warehouse Supervisor, where they provided leadership and implemented Lean Six Sigma initiatives. As a Supply Chain Analyst, Laura provided support for Warehouse Operations and was recognized for their cost-saving efforts.

In 2014, Laura joined Just In Time Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. as an Implementation Manager. Laura successfully implemented new software programs and provided support to the entire organization in various areas.

Laura's most recent position was with PCI Pharma Services. Starting as an Associate Clinical Distribution Project Manager, they later became a Clinical Distribution Project Manager and eventually, a Senior Clinical Distribution Project Manager. In this role, Laura drove project success by utilizing project planning tools, deploying resources, and ensuring customer expectations were met.

Laura Collins completed their education at the University of Illinois Springfield, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Laura attended the University from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Kishwaukee College from an unspecified start year to 2018, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management.
