Lynn Pulfer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lynn began their career as an Assistant Bookkeeper, Customer Service Representative, and Cashier at Snyder Drug Stores in 2005. Lynn then worked as an Agent Assistant at Country Insurance & Financial Services from 2006 to 2007. Lynn then moved on to the legal field, serving as an Intake Coordinator at the Law Offices of Jim Black and Associates from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Lynn joined PCI Pharma Services and held various positions within the company. Lynn started as a Lean Six Sigma Intern and later became a Quality Technical Writer, where they gathered information, compiled accurate batch records and material specifications, and maintained documentation for pharmaceutical products. Lynn also developed warm relationships with customers and worked with multiple departments to meet quality standards. Lynn then became a Quality Control Lead Technical Writer, responsible for writing batch records and material specifications and improving departmental processes. After that, they were promoted to the role of Lead Quality Technical Writer, taking on additional responsibilities such as training new technical writers, managing documentation templates, and analyzing departmental performance through metrics.

In 2012, Lynn took on the role of Clinical Quality Documentation Supervisor at PCI Pharma Services, focusing on reviewing and critiquing master batch records and material specs, creating training documentation, and reporting on outstanding critical documentation. Lynn also worked closely with IT development to optimize software for technical writing use.

In 2014, Lynn transitioned to the role of Associate Distribution Project Manager, Clinical Services, responsible for managing distribution projects. Lynn then became a Distribution Project Manager in 2015, overseeing clinical services projects. In 2016, Lynn was promoted to Senior Manager, Project Management, where they played a crucial role in managing projects and ensuring their successful execution. Most recently, they were appointed as the Director of Global Clinical Processes at PCI Pharma Services, starting in September 2022.

Lynn Pulfer obtained a high school diploma from Byron High School in an unspecified year.
